These Terms govern your use of ProofVault.
Use of the app
ProofVault helps users save, organize and search receipts and important documents.
You agree to use the app legally and responsibly.
User content
You are responsible for the documents and information you upload. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to store or use.
No professional advice
ProofVault helps organize documents and reminders. It does not provide legal, tax, insurance, financial or professional advice.
Reminders
Reminder notifications are provided as a convenience. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered, and users remain responsible for tracking important deadlines.
Subscriptions
ProofVault may offer paid subscription features. Subscription terms, pricing and billing will be shown before purchase through the App Store or Google Play.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Abuse or disrupt the app
- Attempt to access another user's data
- Upload illegal or harmful content
- Reverse engineer or misuse the service
Account and data deletion
Users may delete documents inside the app and may permanently delete their account and associated data using the Delete Account option. For assistance, contact: support@keepproofvault.com
Availability
We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ProofVault is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
